DVD night with The SHADES family

 After a few months of waiting, some of the SHADES Family finally gathered to have a laugh at ourselves watching the Rapunzel DVD on Friday 15th March.

A thoroughly enjoyable night was had by all, with some great snacks, especially enjoyed the Cheese and Pineapple sticks!!!

We were missing a few of our SHADES Family,  hope you all enjoy watching as much as we did, a great job on the panto, looking forward to the next one 👍🏻

What a fantastic night seeing our pals at the Wonersh Players Treasure Island on Friday 16th February 2024,  laughed so much, well done to everyone brilliant show, look forward to 2025.

We donated £200 to this year's charity

 Shooting Star Children's Hospice in Artington, Surrey.

 

Shooting Star are a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. They support families across Surrey and London from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

 

It costs £10 million a year to maintain the current level of care and just 10% of that income comes from government funding, so they rely on supporters’ generosity to keep the service running.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our 2018 pantomime of Puss In Boots,
 every audience has been fantastic.
 
We donated an amazing £300 to this year's charity Challengers.

 

Established in 1979, provide play and youth centres in Guildford and Farnham & community based projects across Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond, safe, fun places and activities for children and young people from aged 2 to 25 and delivered more than 135,000 hours of play for 1,300 disabled children and young people in 2015.

After a terrible fire in a store cupboard in 2017, which destroyed the children's play area in their Guildford centre, they have finally reopened in March 2018, £300 could pay for 17 children to attend their afterschool club at one of Challengers wonderful play or youth schemes.
  Challengers mission is to provide truly inclusive, fun and safe places where all disabled children and young people can spend time with their friends.  To offer a positive impact for families and the wider community. For more details check out their website
